This detailed nutrition action plan clearly outlines the exact foods and portions you need to eat. It’s customized to your specific needs and based on your assessment results, goals and time frame available pre-competition.
This food plan is determined by your current body composition, stage goal (look you are trying to achieve), and time frame to reach the end goal. The plan will be adjusted as needed to help you achieve your goal by the due date (competition day).
What you will need:
- Web access and e-mail capability
- Food scale
- Body-weight scale
- Measuring tape (a flexible one for body parts)
- Digital camera (to update progress)
What is involved:
- Weigh your food for each meal
- Enter your weight (weekly), measurements (weekly), and photos in your private online log (monthly)
How are you supported:
I will assist you every step of the way. You will simply provide updates on your progress weekly and I will respond accordingly with advice and modifications to your program.
Unlimited support is available 7 days a week via e-mail, to answer your questions, provide guidance or help you overcome hurdles. Response is swift; usually within 24 hours, always within 48.
